The all volunteer board has a fiduciary relationship with its members and is responsible for maintaining the roads and common areas within The Rim, overseeing the organization's finances, and maintaining the Association's rules and regulations including the Design Guidelines and Architectural Standards.
Meet the Board
George and his wife Kathy have lived in The Rim Golf Club for ten years. He held numerous executive positions with ConocoPhillips most recently as Vice President of Engineering and Research at their Oklahoma headquarters.
Priscilla has been involved with The Rim Golf community for a past five years representing Diamond Ventures. Diamond is the majority property owner in The Rim and works with leading developers in Arizona to create the unique character and architecture of The Rim.
Priscilla has over 25 years experience working in real estate development and community association groups. She serves on multiple public advisory boards throughout Arizona.
Vice President and Architectural Review Committee Chairman
Originally from Pittsburgh, Nick and his wife Janet moved to The Rim in 2010. Nick had a successful career in the financial services sector working for BNY Mellon. Nick has been an active volunteer with the Community Association serving as the Treasurer for four years and currently heading the Architectural Review Committee.
After living in Florida for nearly 33 years, Larry and his wife Marla moved to Payson in 2012. Larry had a successful career as a sportscaster on WPLG-TV and then established the Palm Beach Golf Center. Active in the Payson community, Larry is on the board of the Rim Country Educational Alliance which is charged with the task of bringing a university to Payson.
Mel and his wife Rita moved to Arizona in 2011 and initially built a house in Chaparral Pines. But the unique character of The Rim community enticed them to build their dream house here. Mel spent his professional career as a banker in Colorado. On the board, he has focused on drainage and erosion within The Rim to protect our environment.
